PureFlow Air Duct Cleaning ("PureFlow," "we," "us") provides residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning services on Long Island, New York. This policy covers information collected through our website, by phone, by text message, and in the course of providing service at your home.

We only collect what we need to schedule and perform the work.

Information you give us

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and service address.
• Service details — the type of system you have, what you're asking us to clean, appointment preferences, and any notes you share about access to the property.
• Service records — before-and-after photos of the ducts, vents, or equipment we work on, plus notes about the condition of the system.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Messages — the content of calls, texts, and emails you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Website and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or ad that referred you.
• Call data — the phone number you called from, the date and time, and call duration.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect sensitive categories of data such as health, biometric, or precise geolocation information.

3. How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and perform your appointment.
• To send appointment reminders, arrival notices, quotes, invoices, and receipts.
• To answer your questions and follow up on service.
• To keep records of the work performed, including before-and-after photos.
• To send service reminders and occasional offers — only if you've agreed to receive them.
• To measure which ads and pages bring in calls, so we know where to spend.
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations, and to resolve disputes.

4. Calls and text messages

When you call us or send us a text, you're giving us permission to reply by phone or text about your request. If you opt in to service reminders or promotional messages, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any text message and we'll stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (516) 689-5964. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes where permitted by law. If you'd rather not be recorded, tell the person on the call and we'll note it.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with parties that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Service providers — scheduling and CRM software, phone and text messaging providers, email tools, payment processors, and website hosting.
• Our technicians and subcontractors — the name, address, phone number, and job details needed to complete your appointment.
• Advertising and analytics platforms — aggregated or event-level data used to measure ad performance, as described in the cookies section below.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of people.
• Business transfers — if the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Marketing contact information is kept until you opt out. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the platform collecting it.

8. Your choices and rights

• Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
• Stop emails — use the unsubscribe link, or ask us directly.
• Access or correct — ask us what we have on file and we'll send it or fix it.
• Delete — ask us to delete your information. We'll do it unless we're required to keep certain records for tax, insurance, or legal reasons.
• Opt out of photos — tell the technician if you don't want before-and-after photos used for anything beyond your own service record.

New York residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and appeals. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within the time frame the applicable law requires, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are directed to homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
