For one main system in a standard single-family home, yes — supply and return lines, cleaned and vacuumed. If your home has a second system, an unusually large number of vents, or a commercial setup, that gets quoted separately and always before any work starts. You'll never hear a new number mid-job.
Dryer vents: about once a year for most households, more often with a large family, pets, or a long vent run. Air ducts: every three to five years is typical, sooner after renovations, a move-in, or if anyone in the house has asthma or allergies.
A dryer vent is usually 45 to 60 minutes. A main duct system runs 90 minutes to two hours depending on the number of vents and how much buildup is in there.
It shouldn't be. Debris is pulled into a sealed, HEPA-filtered vacuum line rather than blown into the room, floors get covered, and the area is cleaned before the tech leaves.
